The inhabitants of the cities and towns around Telon have definite opinions about the various races. These are reflected in the "faction" that one group has for another. In some cases, things are so bad that the inhabitants of the city will attack those of a specific race on sight; this is referred to as Kill On Sight or KOS for short. If you are KOS in a city, you need to raise your faction with it. You can do this by hunting creatures around the city that the inhabitants also hate, thus showing your willingness to be friends. Also, you can do work orders for and parley with people at the nearby outposts (where you are usually not KOS, but still of low faction). The following charts shows in red the races that are KOS at each major town and city; one per continent. When available, the starting full faction value is shown. [edit] Thestra
